International Court of Justice (ICJ) is finally going to announce the verdict of Kulbhushan Yadav case. Kulbhushan Yadav is an Indian national, Serving Naval Officer and a RAW (Indian Intelligence Agency) Spy. He was arrested by the Pakistani Security Forces in a raid on a house located in Mashkel area in Balochistan Province, Pakistan.
According to his confessional video messages, he confessed that he's an Indian Intelligence Agent who was tasked to fund espionage and sabotage activities in Pakistan. After his arrest, the Pakistani Army conducted many raids according to the details given by the arrested Indian Spy in which many of the terrorists were also apprehended.
Kulbhushan Yadav was arrested with an original Indian passport but with a fake Muslim name written on it. The name (Hussain Mubarak Patel) was written on his passport.
When the Pakistani Armed Forces arrested Kulbhushan Yadav, Indian media immediately responded with the news full of lies that this Indian National aka Indian Spy is a businessman, who works at Chabahar Port in Iran and Pakistani Intelligence Agency ISI has kidnapped him from Iranian port and moved him to Pakistan. Even, the Indians denied that Kulbhushan Yadav is a Serving Naval Officer of Indian Navy.
After a few days, Indians finally accepted that Kulbhushan Yadav is an Indian National and an Officer of Indian Navy but they denied that He's is still a serving Naval Officer, not a retired one.
Kulbhushan Yadav in his confession statement:
I'm still a serving officer in the Indian Navy and will be due for retirement in 2022. By 2002, I commenced intelligence operations. In 2003, I established a small business in Chabahar in Iran. As I was able to achieve undetected existence and visits to Karachi n 2003 and 2004 and having done some basic assignments within India for RAW. I was picked up by RAW in 2013. The Activities, which I was tasked for was anti-nationals and terrorist nature which resulted in the killings and wounding of innocent Pakistani citizens.
